Early Childhood Services
Hello! My name is Diana Perez-Reyes and I am your Family Services Specialist. My primary role is to work directly with families of children enrolled in all Early Childhood Education (ECE), PK 3 and PK 4 classrooms at Tubman ES. Some of my services include:
· providing resources to assist with crisis situations
· identifying and connecting families to community resources
· planning and facilitating meetings and activities to support family engagement
· providing families with parent leadership opportunities and platforms to voice concerns and/or provide feedback
· identifying resources to assist with any challenges that affect you or your family’s health
· reviewing your child’s attendance/participation and assisting with barriers providing support around child development and behavioral concerns, and more.
There will be many opportunities during this school year for us to work together. If you have any ideas on how I can assist you and your family, or would like to share your ideas for activities, workshop topics, needed resources, feel free to contact me by phone and/or email.
